IDEA - Who's who in the Council
Who's who, the online interinstitutional directory, is a guide to the administrative structure of the European institutions. Updated on a daily basis, IDEA is a reliable source of information concerning the names and addresses of high-ranking EU civil servants.
A paper edition of the directory, entitled The Official Directory of the European Union, is also published once a year. It can be purchased from the Publications Office's sales agents.
