Description:

Under UV light, the passport number inscribed vertically to the right of the facial image visible by normal light, the sex, date of birth and "GRC" all fluoresce. The following also fluoresce under UV light: the secondary (ghost) facial image of the holder on the right-hand side of the page with "HELLENIC REPUBLIC PASSPORT" inscribed vertically to the right; curved lines from left to right over the secondary facial image containing, respectively, the national flag and sex (repeated), the holder's surname (repeated), the holder's first name (repeated), "HELLENIC REPUBLIC" (repeated) and the date of birth (repeated); "GR" inside a guilloche on the bottom left-hand corner of the secondary facial image.
