Part II of the registration certificate is a document authorising the use of the vehicle in road traffic from the date on which it is issued until the date of receipt of Part I of the registration certificate, but no later than 30 days after the issuance of Part II of the registration certificate. After receipt of Part I of the registration certificate, the driver of the vehicle may not carry Part II of the registration certificate while driving the vehicle in road traffic.
