Part II of the registration certificate is a document authorising the use of the vehicle in road traffic from the date on which it is issued until the date of receipt of Part I of the registration certificate, but no later than 30 days after the issuance of Part II of the registration certificate; after receipt of Part I of the registration certificate, the driver of the vehicle may not carry Part II of the registration certificate while driving the vehicle in road traffic.
Vehicle and vehicle holder data on Part II of the registration certificate are laser-printed.
