• State of the Union : 2019 Schuman report on Europe

The 2019 Schuman report on Europe is already in our catalogue with an update on the many challenges the European Union will face in 2019.

• Public audit in the European Union: the handbook on supreme audit institutions in the EU and its Member States : 2019 edition

This handbook provides information on the work and role of supreme audit institutions across all EU Member States and at Union level. The European Court of Auditors has also launched an online portal http://publications.europa.eu/webpub/eca/book-state-audit/en/ providing the same extensive information.

Cet ouvrage espère compléter les analyses de science politique sur la Cour de justice comme acteur politique.

• The Council library is located in the Justus Lipsius building, at JL 02 GH, Rue de la Loi/Wetstraat 175, 1048 Brussels (Froissart entrance) – opening hours Monday to Friday 10.00 – 16.00.
• It is open to all staff of the Council of the European Union and the European Council, trainees, permanent representations of member states, staff of other EU institutions and bodies, and researchers and students upon request. Access to some library holdings may be restricted to on-site consultation.
