You can sign up to join our panel so that you can share your feedback with us.

How to join our user panel

Everyone is welcome to sign up and join our research panel. You don’t need to have any prior knowledge or specific skills, but you must:

  • be 18 or older
  • be able to speak and understand English

Participation to the research panel is on a voluntary basis. We don’t offer any payment in exchange for your participation.

In practice

What does joining the panel involve?

Once you have filled the form, you will be added to our database. If we invite you to a research activity, we will email you to enquire about your availability.

What kind of research activities could I be invited to?

For example, you might be invited to talk to our researchers about your experience on the website or to share feedback on new content or features.

You can always say no to an invite and you can unsubscribe at any time.

What do I need to participate in the research activities?

The research activities are conducted online and usually last between 30 minutes and one hour.

You will need a stable internet connection, a computer, and a headset or microphone to take part. We will ask you to share your screen during the session.

We will also ask your permission to record the research. The recordings help us to better remember what you did and what you said.

Data protection

The information that you provide will only be used for the purposes of assessing the performance of the Council website. It will only be accessible to limited staff members in the Digital Communication Unit of the General Secretariat of the Council on a need-to-know basis and in some cases to the authorised staff of our contractor, Netcompany-Intrasoft, based in the EU that is compliant with the EU data protection regulation, also on a need-to-know basis. 

You can at any time withdraw your consent by contacting us.

Please note that withdrawing your previously given consent does not affect the processing of your personal data that had already been taken place before the withdrawal.
