We want to provide the best possible experience on the Council website. Your feedback helps to make sure that the Council website is easy to use and meet your needs.

This is why we would like to invite you to join our user panel so that you can share your feedback with us.

Everyone is welcome to join and help but you must:

  • be 18 or older
  • speak and understand English or French

You don’t need to have any prior knowledge or specific skills.

How to join our user panel

For example, you might be invited to talk to our researchers about your experience on the website or to share feedback on new content or features.

You can always say no to an invite and you can unsubscribe at any time.

Participation to the research panel is on a voluntary basis. We don’t offer any payment in exchange for your participation.

In practice

Once you have filled the form, you will be added to our database. If we invite you to a research activity, we will email you to enquire about your availability.

The research activities are conducted online and usually last between 30 minutes and one hour.

You will need a stable internet connection, a computer, and a headset or microphone to take part.

We will ask your permission to record the research. The recordings help us to remember what you did and what you said.
