TV and radio studios
To interview Council representatives, journalists can book TV and radio studios and use technical assistance for free.
Booking
Journalists can book TV and radio studios up to 1 day in advance.
They can also use a live stand-up position in the Council's main entrance hall.
In their booking requests they should specify the facilities that they need.
All available facilities are free of charge except for satellite booking and line costs (EBU origin: BECUE).

TV studio
The studio measures 13 m² and can host up to 3 people.
The facilities include:
- 3 Grass Valley LDK-8000 HD cameras mounted on a Vinten Radamec robotic system
- 1 Grass Valley LDK-3000 HD camera
- Kayak video mixer
- Lawo audio mixer
- Autocue prompter
- Full lighting grid
- Cyclorama
- Chromakey (for one camera only)
- Wired Lavalier microphones
- Wireless earpieces
HD and SD formats (PAL - 16:9 only) are available.

Operating staff
Cameramen, lighting operators, sound engineers and a make up artist are on hand to provide technical assistance to journalists.
Radio studio
The studio can host up to 4 people.
The facilities include:
- 4 microphones and 4 headphones with adjustable volume
- File-based audio recording (WAV or MP3)

Stand-ups
Live stand-up positions are available at the mezzanine in the Council's main entrance hall.
Booking is necessary during European Council meetings and other high-level meetings.
