Local border traffic permit. This document is issued to nationals of Ukraine residing in the border zone on the basis of an agreement on local cross-border movement between Poland and Ukraine. This document does not entitle holders to move beyond the border zone; each violation of the rules on local cross-border movement is subject to the penalties provided for in national law.
