Local border traffic permit. This document is issued to nationals of Ukraine residing in the border zone on the basis of an agreement on local cross-border movement between Poland and Ukraine. The border zone is comprised of the administrative units located – in principle – within 30 km from the border. Holders may stay no longer than 90 days in Poland in any six-month period. This document does not entitle holders to move beyond the border zone; each violation of the rules on local cross-border movement is subject to the penalties provided for in national law.
