Un nouveau régime d’asile européen commun (RAEC) est en cours de négociation. Selon l'auteur, ce nouveau régime est destiné à remédier aux dysfonctionnements de la politique européenne en matière d’asile et de migrations, qui est source de clivages entre les États membres. Tout en notant que le sujet migratoire est particulièrement sensible en pratique, l’auteur se penche sur d’autres volets de cette politique qui mériteraient, selon elle, d’être explorés.

The Council Library and Springer Nature co-organised a panel discussion on 10 October on the very topical subject of AI generative tools. The panel of experts provided a lively debate and insights into the risks and benefits of these highly sophisticated tools, such as ChatGPT (OpenAI).
