In de loop van de zomer zal de bibliotheek van de Raad, in samenwerking met de permanente vertegenwoordigingen bij de EU, boeken uit de hele EU aanbevelen. Het is de vierde keer dat "Lezers van Europa" wordt georganiseerd, en dit jaar staan vrouwelijke auteurs in de schijnwerpers. Vandaag tipt de permanente vertegenwoordiging van België bij de EU "Het smelt" van Lize Spit en "La mémoire de l'air" (Het geheugen van de lucht) van Caroline Lamarche.
