Main results

Our discussions included migration, Libya and Syria - all inter-linked key issues, on which the EU has a significant role to play. I am pleased by the unity of the EU on these issues, that is reflected in our conclusions. The EU is ready to play its full part, in support of UN-led political processes on Libya as well on Syria. Federica Mogherini, High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy

Syria

Ministers had in-depth debate on Syria, taking into account the latest developments in the country. The Council adopted conclusions.
