Franco-German relationship as engine of EU integration

French President François Hollande and German Chancellor Angela Merkel will address the European Parliament jointly on Wednesday 7 October after accepting Martin Schulz invitation. This is the signal of the demonstration of the strong commitment between France and Germany as engine of EU integration, according to EP President.

For those who wish some further background, the Council library has compiled a special issue of the monthly Think Tank Review.
