Main difference(s) compared with previous model

On the front and the back, different character fonts have been used for the text. On the front, a different character font has been used for the document number in the top right, namely an OCR-B font. On the back of the permit, the embossed motif, which on the previous model was a geographical representation of Switzerland, has been completely revised and now depicts a rock crystal with four branches, the Matterhorn, and some text; the variable laser image (CLI® / MLI®) changes when the card is tilted horizontally, whereas on the previous model the image changed when the card was tilted vertically.
